TERMS & SERVICE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING. SUBMITTING AN ORDER MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED MY TOS.

GENERAL
- Reselling the artwork is strictly prohibited, including usage for any form of NFT or similar purposes.
- The commissioned artwork will be added to my portfolio or social media (e.g., Twitter) unless you inform me beforehand that the project is non-disclosure.
- I reserve the right to decline, delay, refuse, or cancel any commission request.
- I have the right to refuse any commission application or request that I cannot work on.
- I will only create artwork in my own style and do not accept requests to mimic other artists' styles (especially those I am unable to replicate)
- Tracing my artwork is strictly prohibited.
- I do not accept requests for redetailing pre-existing models or artworks.
- I STRICTLY PROHIBIT MY ARTWORKS FROM BEING USED FOR AI TRAINING.- For the question that aren't answered on this page, feel free to DM me on Discord : hafuu_ or on Twitter : @haf0222

REVISIONS
- I accept up to 5 major revisions during the sketch and base color progress. Minor revisions can still be made after the coloring progress. I do not accept major revisions once the artwork is completed.
- Additional revisions will be charged 7% more from the base price.
- For Live2D revisions, I will accept feedback or a revised cut from the rigger if there are parts that still need corrections.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- All commissions are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
- Delivery will be based on the schedule, and I do not accept any rush fee requests..
- I will provide updates as each stage of the project is completed, usually every 4–5 days, or sooner if progress is faster.
- Please understand that there may be delays at times, but I will ensure the project is completed before the estimated deadline.
- Starting April 2025, commissions will only be worked on from Thursday to Sunday.
No work will be done on Monday to Wednesday, so please keep this in mind when ordering or expecting updates.- For Illustration, will be finished by 5-14+ days according to difficulty, starting from the beginning of the project.
- For L2D Modelling, completion may take up to 40+ days, depending on the complexity.
- If the project requires more time than initially estimated, I will provide a revised estimated delivery time based on the work required.

USE- You are allowed to print the artwork for personal use only merch. Any commercial use will require additional charges.
- For commercial use, the price will be adjusted based on the intended use of the artwork :
[If the artwork is intended for merchandise use, an additional x3 will be added to the base price.
- Any kind of tracing, modification, or editing of my artwork is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- All commission prices are for personal use only. Commissions intended for commercial use will require an additional charge, which will be discussed based on the intended use.
- All commissions must be paid full upfront.
- An alternative payment option may be available depending on the type of commission (for example, Live2D models): 50% payment upfront, with the remaining 50% paid before delivery.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time if necessary.
- I do not accept payments in installments.
- I do not accept refunds once the project is in progress or after it is completed.
- If payment has been made but no progress has been started yet, refunds may be considered depending on the circumstances, but it is generally not accepted.

COMMUNICATIONS
- All communications regarding progress, delays, and updates will be discussed via direct messages (DMs) on Twitter or Discord.
- Feel free to ask the progress as long as you don't spam too much.
