GENERAL TERMS

✦ Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. Submitting an order means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.✦ I reserve the right to decline, delay, or cancel any commission at any time for any reason.✦ I am not responsible for copyright, licensing, or any issues after delivery, including final rigging results.✦ Communication and updates will primarily take place on Discord: hafuu_, or X/Twitter: @haf0222.✦ Please be respectful and patient. Spamming, rushing, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

PAYMENT

✦ Full payment is required upfront before work begins.✦ Payments are non-refundable once work has started, as the process involves manual and technical work.✦ If I am unable to complete the project, a full refund will be provided.✦ Prices apply to personal or small-project use only.✦ Commercial, corporate, or studio use must be discussed beforehand and may include licensing fees.

USAGE RIGHTS

✦ Commercial use requires prior discussion and additional fees.✦ Tracing, modifying, or editing the artwork is prohibited.For PSD Preparation :✦ The prepared PSD is a cleaned and optimized version of the client’s original artwork.✦ I do not claim ownership of the original design.✦ Redistribution, resale, or reupload of the prepared PSD is strictly prohibited.✦ The PSD is intended for rigging and internal project use only.✦ Proper credit is required whenever contributor credits are shown:
PSD Prep: @haf0222 / @hafuu.bsky.social✦ Clients may not omit, alter, or misrepresent my role in the credits.

REFUND

✦ I may cancel a commission and issue a full refund if I am unable to complete the work.✦ Clients may cancel before payment is made.✦ Once payment has been received and work has started, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

REVISIONS

For PSD Preparation :✦ Revisions are accepted as needed to ensure the PSD is properly structured for rigging.✦ There is no strict limit, but revisions must remain within the scope of PSD preparation (organization, masking, cleanup, etc.).✦ I will follow rigger feedback directly for technical adjustments.✦ Revisions beyond PSD prep (e.g. redesigns, repainting, or missing parts) may incur additional fees based on complexity.

Introduction

Hi! I’m hafuu, a freelance illustrator since 2020. I specialize in drawing characters in a chibi crayon style and have contributed a lot as a PSD prep artist before moving into Live2D work. I also create art for games, animation, merchandise.イラストレーター、ハフウ。2020年から活動中。ちびクレヨン風のキャラクターイラストが得意で、PSD準備アーティストとしての経験を経た後、現在はLive2D制作も手がけています。ゲーム、アニメ、グッズなど、幅広く活動中です。

Illustration

✦ Processing time: 7-14 days, depending on complexity and type. The more complex, the longer it takes.✦ Rush orders will incur an additional fee.✦ Includes transparent PNG file and a simple background.✦ PSD file and asset cutting/seperation are included if additional options for puppeteering or animation needs are applied.

Live2D Modelling

✦ Includes 3 free expressions.✦ Processing time: 20-40 days, depending on complexity.✦ Includes 3 free expressions.✦ The model comes with a “jagged / scribbly” style (similar to the OMORI art style).✦ Does not accept overly complex models (due to Live2D model optimization constraints).✦ Includes PNG, transparent idle GIF, and PSD file.

Live2D PSD Preparation / Seperation / Cutting

This service covers PSD preparation only for Live2D rigging, cleaning up and preparing existing PSD files for Live2D rigging, Please note that this does not include creating or drawing new assets from scratch.This service includes:✦ Fully organized PSD with consistent layer naming and structured folders.✦ Clean and separated layers optimized for Live2D rigging.✦ Repainted or extended textures only when technically necessary (no design changes).✦ Masking when required for specific parts.✦ Optional guide sheets (toggle counts or part notes).✦ Adjustments based on rigger feedback for technical accuracy.✦ Quality progress monitoring by @TCONicon.This service does NOT include:✦ Illustration, redesigning visuals, or adding redrawn/new assets
(exceptions may be considered with additional fees and explicit permission from the original artist).✦ Adding accessories, outfits, or new model parts.✦ Providing .cmo3 or Live2D files.✦ Rigging, animation, or post-prep setup.Additional notes:✦ Clients must ensure the provided artwork is original or properly licensed, with permission from the original artist.✦ I am not responsible for copyright, licensing issues, or final rigging results after delivery.✦ Turnaround time is typically 10-20 days, depending on model complexity. This service is different from Live2D preparation. It is specifically intended for purposes such as puppeting, animation with Live2D/Spine2D, PNGTuber models, animated emotes, and similar needs.

✦ Includes cleaned and organized layer separation, folder structuring, layer renaming, necessary redraws, and adjustments.✦ Includes PSD and .clip file.✦ Orders without a PSD file (merged PNG only) will incur a slightly higher charge.✦ Clients must ensure the provided artwork is original or properly licensed, with permission from the original artist.✦ I am not responsible for copyright, licensing issues, or final rigging results after delivery.✦ Turnaround time is typically 7-20 days, depending on complexity.
