Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

✦ General Terms

⟢ I reserve the right to decline, delay, or cancel any commission if the project does not align with my technical capabilities, ethical standards, or for any other reason.⟢ I am not responsible for any misunderstandings caused by a failure to read these terms before commissioning.⟢ Communication and updates will primarily take place on Discord: hafuu_, or X/Twitter: @haf0222.⟢ Please maintain a respectful and patient professional relationship. Spamming or disrespectful behavior may lead to immediate termination of the commission without a refund.⟢ I am not responsible for unsatisfactory results if clear feedback is not provided or if details are missed during the approval stages. Please ensure all references and instructions are as detailed as possible beforehand.

✦ Payment & Fees

⟢ Full payment is required upfront before work begins.⟢ All payments are to be made in the agreed-upon currency and through the specified payment platform.⟢ For Illustration, prices listed are for personal or small-project use only.⟢ Projects intended for corporate, studio, or high-scale commercial use must be discussed beforehand and will incur additional licensing fees.⟢ If you require the project to be prioritized and completed ahead of the standard queue, a Rush Order Fee of +10% of the total price will be applied.

✦ Cancellation & Refund Policy

⟢ Clients may cancel a request at any time before payment is made.⟢ Payments are non-refundable once work has started, as the process involves manual labor and technical allocation.⟢ A 100% full refund will be provided only if I am unable to complete your project after payment has been made.⟢ For PSD Prep, I reserve the right to decline projects with files that are too large or exceed my hardware's capability (e.g., extreme lag, software instability, or frequent crashes). This is to ensure the quality and stability of the final delivery.

✦ Usage Right

⟢ Tracing, unauthorized modifying, or editing of the delivered artwork/files is strictly prohibited.⟢ I retain all intellectual property rights over the technical execution and file structure (PSD Preparation/Editing). However, I do not claim any ownership over the original character designs or artwork provided by the client.⟢ Commissions are for Personal Use (e.g., social media icons, personal prints/streaming) unless a Commercial License is purchased.⟢ You may not generate direct or indirect profit from the artwork without purchasing commercial rights.⟢ I reserve the right to display the completed work in my portfolio or social media for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or privacy fee is settled in advance.⟢ Using, uploading, or "feeding" any part of the artwork into Generative AI, Machine Learning models, or style-replication tools is strictly forbidden.⟢ My work may not be associated with or sold as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).

✦ Work Process & Revisions

⟢ For long-term projects, I will provide status updates every 1 to 2 weeks to keep you informed of the technical progress.⟢ Revisions are accepted to ensure the files are properly structured and meet technical standards.*Standard revisions are accepted for technical structure and accuracy.⟢ Major redesigns or adding significant parts not included in the initial brief will incur additional fees.⟢ Small technical fixes are free for 7 days after delivery. Changes requested after this period will be treated as new tasks.⟢ Revisions involving major redesigns, repainting, or adding significant missing parts that were not in the initial brief may incur additional fees based on complexity⟢ For PSD Prep, I will follow rigger feedback directly to ensure seamless integration.

✦ File Maintenance & Abandoned Project

⟢ I will keep a backup of your files for 1 year. After this period, I cannot guarantee recovery in the event of data loss on your end. Please ensure you save and back up your data securely upon delivery.⟢ If a project remains unreleased or there is no communication from the client for more than 3 years after completion, I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio. Any prior exclusivity agreements or NDAs will be considered void after this period.Note: If you have specific reasons to delay the reveal (e.g., a long-term debut plan), please discuss this with me in advance. I am open to extending this period as long as it is communicated beforehand.

✦ Credit Policy

⟢ Proper credit is mandatory whenever contributor credits are shown: PSD Prep: @haf0222 / @hafuu.bsky.social⟢ Clients may not omit, alter, or misrepresent my role in the project.

✦ Chibi Crayon Illustration

⟢ Processing time: 7-14 days, depending on complexity and type. The more complex, the longer it takes.⟢ Rush orders will incur an additional fee.⟢ Includes transparent PNG file and a simple background.⟢ PSD file and asset cutting/seperation are included if additional options for puppeteering or animation needs are applied.

✦ Chibi Crayon Live2D Modelling (frame-by-frame)

⟢ Includes 3 free expressions.⟢ Processing time: 20-40 days, depending on complexity.⟢ The model comes with a “jagged / scribbly” style (similar to the OMORI art style).⟢ Includes PNG, transparent idle transparant GIF, and PSD file.⟢ Does not accept overly complex models (e.g., excessive hair toggles or intricate layered assets) to ensure better optimization.

✦ Live2D PSD Preparation / Seperation / Cutting

This service focuses on optimizing and cleaning existing PSD files for Live2D rigging. I provide drawing for small technical assets (such as inner mouths, tongues, or missing skin/hair parts), but I do not offer character design or new major outfit/prop creation. All additions must have permission from the original artist.

Final pricing depends on the PSD complexity, please provide a preview for an accurate quote.

General Policy

⟢ I process files strictly based on the provided PSD layers and the initial guides/references. I do not accept revisions for errors or oversights originating from the original artwork (e.g., merged shading, forgotten layer visibility, or missing toggle instructions). Please ensure the file is correctly prepared by the artist before submission, as these issues are outside my technical scope.⟢ Decisions regarding specific expression behaviors (e.g., "shading A must be off during toggle B") must be clearly communicated at the start of the project. Without prior instructions, I will prepare the file based on the standard technical layout.⟢ Please ensure the file and instructions are correctly prepared before submission because aesthetic oversight is outside my technical scope.

Work Process and Delivery

⟢ Turnaround time typically ranges between 10 to 20 days depending on model complexity, though complex PSDs may take longer.⟢ Progress updates are usually shared twice, specifically at the head section and the full model stages.

Revisions and Technical Support

⟢ Technical revisions are accepted as needed to ensure the PSD is properly structured for rigging. This includes part separation, masking, and cleanup according to rigger specific preferences.⟢ Non technical requests extending beyond PSD preparation such as visual redesigns, painting missing complex parts, or fixing original artist errors are not accepted or may incur additional fees based on complexity.

✦ ^NewArt Cutting for Puppetting | Live2D/Spine2D Animation | Emote

This service is different from Live2D preparation. It is specifically intended for purposes such as puppeting, animation with Live2D/Spine2D, PNGTuber models, animated emotes, and similar needs.

⟢ Includes cleaned and organized layer separation, folder structuring, layer renaming, necessary redraws, and adjustments.⟢ Includes PSD and .clip file.⟢ Orders without a PSD file (merged PNG only) will incur a slightly higher charge.⟢ Clients must ensure the provided artwork is original or properly licensed, with permission from the original artist.⟢ I am not responsible for copyright, licensing issues, or final rigging results after delivery.⟢ Turnaround time is typically 7-20 days, depending on complexity.
